Denny….the Missouri Blues storyline kicks off soon, and one of the characters there is Denny Telford, lead singer and guitarist of the band Lonnie plays double bass for, the Chop Top Mercurys. You’ll probably never get to see much of Denny as he’s only a side character, but I had a fool around with his image front, back and profile just because I borrowed the Motorcity angular style for his face and wanted to see how it would work (just GUESS who I borrowed from, LMAO! Texas you honey…)
He’s a real womaniser this one, has the gals flocking to his side, and he and Lonnie have worked in a team before now to charm the ladies, but Lon never takes it too far, only to please his ego (he’s not worried at all about women like Kurt is) but Denny is a real wolf, LOL.
Denny (C) me, rowr…
When he’s not fixing motorcycles, Lonnie spends some of his spare time playing double bass in a rockabilly band named “The Chop-top Mercurys”. His usually reticent demeanour takes a back seat on these occasions, and Lonnie gets to let out a bit of his personal flair on stage with his flashy, speed-flame emblazoned double bass.

Making up for lost time… another little illustration sketch from “Missouri Blues”… Kurt and Deacon reacquainting each other with the pleasurable habit of sleeping in on Sunday mornings. Deac is one happy man right now. :D <3

Great stuff as usual. All wonderful.
Undergrounders, for Ab
So Ab was telling me about this storyline she created and the characters within it and it’s utterly amazing, dark and menacing, with underlying tones of betrayal and hope.
This is my rather scribbly take on Kyle, Merrissa and Joel from that world…
